Hello bodi-posi community,


After last week's book recommendation I thought it would be great to show you some of my favourite podcasts, which has been a lot of help personally and I think it could be a fun thing to listen to whilst cooking, walking or in the morning to start your day positively. Enjoy!


1. Pretty Big Deal with Ashley Graham
