Hi everyone,
I hope all of you is doing OK in this certain time. I thought it would be a great idea to share some of my favourite books about body positivity with you. These may help to remind yourself that you don't need to worry about your body changing during this time. You don't need to use this time to lose weight. It's okay if your body changes because your routine has. You don't need to make up for your isolation snacks.
So here are some awesome books that remind us you don’t have to be a certain size or shape to be the hero. Let's spread the message!
1. Body Positive Power: How to stop dieting, make peace with your body and live by Megan Jayne Crabbe
